Peter Pendlebury, (born March 27, 1983), better known as Penar, is a British celebrity chef. He is well known as the Assistant to celebrity chef Jamie Oliver from popular British daytime television shows Oliver's Twist, Jamie's School Dinners, Jamie's Great Italian Escape, Naked Chef, Jamie's Kitchen.

Before filming an early episode of Oliver's Twist Peter accidentally cut his hand while preparing vegetables for Jamie. No one noticed until Jamie was about to add the onions to the recipe, and saw that they were spattered in blood.
