Peter Paphides

Peter Paphides (born Panayiotis Paphides) is a British journalist.

He is the Chief Rock Critic of The Times and presents The Times' weekly music podcast for Sounds Music supplement.

Born to Greek parents in Birmingham, he went on to attend the University of Wales, Lampeter. He later wrote for Melody Maker and Time Out. Today, he is based in London. He married fellow Times columnist Caitlin Moran in December 1999. They have a son (born 2001) and daughter (born 2003)
