Peter Emmanuel O'Meara ^[1] (born October 27, 1969) is an Irish actor who starred as the British Envoy in Sony Screen Gems's film Resident Evil: Extinction. O'Meara also appeared in the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers as First Lieutenant Norman Dike.
