Peter Neustädter (born February 16, 1966 in Karabalta, Kyrgyz SSR) is a former Kazakhstani-German footballer who played as defender.
Since 1983 Neustädter has been playing for Zenit Leningrad, PFC CSKA Moscow, Iskra Smolensk, FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, Tavriya Simferopol, Kairat Almaty and Spartak Vladikavkaz before attending Karlsruher SC in the German Bundesliga. After a short season at Chemnitzer FC he moved to 1. FSV Mainz 05 in 1994, where he finished his active career in 2004. Neustädter then got enganged as coach and player, later only as coach of the German Oberliga team 1. FSV Mainz 05 II.
He played for the Kazakhstan national football team.
