Peter Lougheed Centre (PLC) is a large hospital in Alberta, Canada. It is located in the city of Calgary, and is administered by the Calgary Health Region. It was named after Peter Lougheed, who served as premier of Alberta from 1971 to 1985.

The hospital contains 506 beds and provides medical and surgical services to Calgary and southern Alberta. It has a 24 hours emergency service, an intensive care unit and ambulatory care.

Since 2006, the center is undergoing an expansion, with a new wing expected to be completed in late 2008.
