Peter Gad Naschitz (b. Hungary on July 16, 1932) is an Israeli lawyer and founder of Naschitz Brandes & Co.. Naschitz received his LL.B (cum laude) in 1955, and LL.M in 1972 (both from Tel Aviv University). He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1957.
Naschitz is considered an expert in torts, Maritime Law and insurance law.[who?] He is a member of many Israeli and International professional associations and organizations, includings International Bar Association, Israel Section of AIDA, AIPPI, United States Trademark Association,[dubious ] American Bar Association (Associate Member), Maritime Arbitrators Association and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK)
Naschitz serves as the president of FICAC (International Federation of Consular Corps et Associations) and Israel Maritime Law Association. He is the vice president of the Mediterranean Maritime Arbitration Association.
