Professor Peter Duff is Professor of Criminal Justice at the University of Aberdeen. He has a detailed knowledge of the Scottish criminal justice process on which he has published numerous works. Although the bulk of his career has been spent in Aberdeen, he has also worked at the Centre for Criminological Research in the University of Oxford, the City University of Hong Kong and the University of the South Pacific.
