Peter Du Cane (April 22, 1713 - March 28, 1803), son of Richard Du Cane, M.P., was a leading 17th century British merchant. He was Governor and Director of the Bank of England, a Director of the East India Company in 1764 and from 1766 to 1773, and Vice-President of the London Infirmary.
