Peter A. Tupitza is a scenic designer who has designed settings for Opera Delaware's productions of Carmen, Don Giovanni, The Pirates of Penzance, Porgy and Bess, and Turandot. Designs for regional venues have included Little Shop of Horrors, You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, The Rocky Horror Show, Vampire Lesbians of Sodom, P.S., Your Cat is Dead, and Sister Mary Ignatius Explains It All For You, among many others.
He has also created settings for Trump Plaza headliners Cab Calloway, Jerry Vale, Jim Nabors, Helen Reddy and the Count Basie and the Artie Shaw Orchestras. His work can be seen in the feature films Lady in the Water, Unbreakable, Girl, Interrupted, and Fallen, among others.
