Pete and the Pirates are a British indie band from Reading, Berkshire, UK and are currently signed to Stolen Records. They released their debut single "Come on Feet" in June 2007 and have appeared on Steve Lamacq's In New Music We Trust radio show on BBC Radio 1. They followed this single up with tracks called "Knots", "Mr. Understanding" and "She Doesn't Belong To Me".
The band are booked to appear on the Radio 1/NME Stage at the 2008 Reading and Leeds festival.
