Peter Alan Williams (born July 10, 1975) is a former American mixed martial arts fighter who fought out of Ken Shamrock's Lion's Den team.
He has competed in the KOTC, RINGS, Pancrase and the UFC, and was the runner up in the 1996 Pancrase Neo Blood Tournament. His victory over Mark Coleman by kick to the head is one of the most frequently played highlights of knockout footage in the UFC.

Williams and Jerry Bohlander were on the same high school wrestling team. Williams started training at the Lion's Den about a month after Bolander and there is a strong bond between the two.
Williams was the winner of the Superbrawl 2 tournament in Honolulu, Hawaii. He beat Donald de la Cruz and Joe Charles to achieve this by strikes and kneebar respectively.
Fighting in the UFC, Williams defeated former heavyweight champion Mark Coleman and met Kevin Randleman at UFC 23 for UFC heavyweight title after it was vacated by Bas Rutten. Williams lost the bout by judges decision. Other notable opponents in the UFC include Frank Mir, Ricco Rodriguez and Semmy Schilt.
After Williams's MMA career, Ken Shamrock has stated that Pete has moved on to a career as a chef.

Williams has competed in the RINGS organization in Japan and was the runner up in the 1996 Pancrase Neo Blood Tournament.
His favorite submission hold is the kneebar.
