Petar Popangelov

Petar Popangelov (Bulgarian : Петър Попангелов, born 1959-01-31 in Samokov) is a Bulgarian alpine skier, son of Petar Popangelov Senior, a famous Bulgarian ski champion.

He became 26 ways Bulgarian ski champion and won the European Cup in 1977. He won the slalom race for the World Cup in Lenggries, Germany, in 1980.[1]

Currently he is owner of a hotel in Borovets resort, and a ski teacher.
