  • use {{PermissionOTRS|ticket=https://secure.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=807636}} when you know the URL of the OTRS ticket.
  • use {{PermissionOTRS|id=2006101710008538}} when you only know the ID number.
    • This function used to be accomplished by using {{PermissionOTRS-ID|2006101710008538}}.

This template is used to identify the OTRS ticket associated with the permission of a particular file. See m:OTRS for more information.
