Why does the Department of Veteran's Affairs consider all of the US Military engagements involved in Iraq from 1990 to present to be one, continuous operation that includes but is not limited to Operation Desert Storm, and considers this to be one ongoing war beginning in 1990/91 and with no termination date yet determined?
In other words, part of the US government says the "Gulf War" and "Operation Desert Storm" is not over even now. So why is there conflicting info here and where is the source of the other dates?
