Talk:Perilla oil

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I think it is unnecessary to say that the ALA in perilla oil is in the form of triglycerides. Almost all fat is in the form of triglycerides in food. Saying that the ALA is in the form of triglycerides implies that it is not in this form in other foods, which is not true. This could be a problem because people might see the word triglyceride and think it is bad because of what they hear about high serum triglycerides.
