On page 22 on the right about a third the way down it is mentions as "Four Seasons Tea Ceremony", which was another tranlation of the Chinese term, that was later changed to "Perennial Tea Ceremony", it is not common but it is known in tea circles in Asia the Chinese is 四序茶會, link below when it was performed in Canada. It is also peformed regularly in japan china korea and taiwan...
