Perth Township is a civil township in Walsh County, North Dakota, United States. The population was 63 at the 2000 census.

It is not to be confused with Perth, North Dakota, population 13, located at 48°42′56″N 99°27′30″W / 48.71556, -99.45833
The township was named after Perth, Ontario, in Canada.
