Perth Cultural Centre

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Perth Cultural Centre is an area of central Perth, Western Australia and the collective name for the buildings of the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Western Australian Museum, Alexander Library, State Records Office, and Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (PICA).

William Street, Perth, Beaufort Street, Perth, Roe Street and Francis Street form the boundaries of the Cultural Centre. It is often, but mistakenly assumed to be in Northbridge; in fact, the entire area is within the boundaries of the Perth CBD.

A walkway connects the Cultural Centre to Perth Train Station.
