Perspective is the twelfth original studio album by American folk rock duo America, released by Capitol Records in September 1984.
This album only peaked at 185 on the Billboard album chart. It includes two minor hit singles: "Special Girl" which reached 106 on the Billboard singles chart and 16 on the Adult Contemporary chart; and "Can't Fall Asleep To A Lullabye" which hit 26 on the Adult Contemporary chart. This would be America's last new studio album for a decade.
