Perry Township is one of fifteen townships in Wayne County, Indiana, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 763.

Perry Township covers an area of 17.46 square miles (45.21 square kilometers); of this, 0.01 square miles (0.01 square kilometers) or 0.02 percent is water. Lakes in this township include Osborne Lakes. The streams of Economy Run, Jordon Creek, Mop Run, Swab Creek, Wash Branch and West Brook run through this township.
