Perry Township is one of thirteen townships in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 5,322.

Perry Township covers an area of 36.25 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains three cemeteries: Swank, Union and Zion.
