Perry Fenwick (born 5 January 1962 in Canning Town, London) is an English film and television actor. His first regular TV role was in the 1980s sitcom Watching. He has appeared in Inspector Morse, The Brittas Empire, Minder, The Thin Blue Line, in a cameo role, and Bergerac. His film credits include I.D., Greenwich Mean Time, Janice Beard and The Winslow Boy. He has also shown up in the long-running ITV police drama series The Bill five times, 1984 - 97, playing a different minor character each time.
He currently plays Billy Mitchell in EastEnders, a role which he has played since 1998, and is probably his most notable television role so far.
He is married to former Coronation Street actress, Angela Lonsdale, who played Emma Taylor, the wife of popular character Curly Watts.
