Perry Lynn Carter was a defensive back for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Oakland Raiders from 1995 to 1998. He was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the 4th round of the 1994 draft. He is 6'0'' and weighs 194 lbs. He was born in McComb, Mississippi on August 5, 1971. He went to the University of Southern Mississippi.
