Performance Racing is a racing team based on Great Britain, involved in many areas of motorsports. The team is managed since 1999 by Bobby Issazadhe.

The Performance Racing business was originally founded in Sweden, in 1999, to concentrate various motor sport activities into one sources. The business was bought by Bobby Issazadhe in 2000 to manage is own racing team.
In the beginning, in 1999 and 2000, the team ran in Europa Cup Formula Opel. It's also involved in Formula 3 in German, Swedish and British B/National Class (since 2001), A Class (in 2007), championships.
Since 2006-07, Performance Racing manage the A1 Team Pakistan in the young A1 Grand Prix World Cup of Motorsport[1]. In January 2008, the team manage also the A1 Team Indonesia[2]
The team join the International Formula Master in 2008[3].
