Performance Freediving International

Performance Freediving International(PFI) is an organization established by Kirk Krack which is doing freediving related business. It runs a freediving school and does promotional work. Central part of PFI is PFI Team with members: Mandy-Rae Cruickshank,Martin Štěpánek, Kirk Krack and Brett LeMaster. Goal of PFI Team is record breaking and education.

Recently, on March 1, 2007, Martin Štěpánek resigned from his position in PFI and decided to pursue an independent career.




[edit] Promotional work

As part of promotional work PFI worked with David Blaine on his "Drowned Alive" project. PFI Team was responsible for the education and training of David Blaine as well as his safety during the whole event acting as support divers. As David ran into problems with his stunt PFI Team members reacted and pulled him out of the sphere.
