PerfectWave Technologies, LLC is a government technology contractor notable for its development of leading edge signal technologies. PerfectWave received media attention when its connection to Tom DeLay was given scrutiny. [1]

PerfectWave is a company owned by Poway businessman Brent Wilkes, Max Gelwix was co-founder and CEO.[2]
