Peregrine Nicholas Eliot, 10th Earl of St Germans was born on January 2, 1941 [1] to Nicholas Richard Michael Eliot, 9th Earl of St Germans (January 26, 1914 - 1988) and his wife Helen Mary Villers (c.1918 - December 6, 1951).
Lord St Germans was educated at Eton College and has published his interests as:
