Peracense is a town and municipality in Spain with a population of 98, an area of 29 km² and a density of 3.4, located in Teruel province, in the autonomous community of Aragon. Its geographic coordinates are: latitude: 40° 37' 60 N, longitude: 1° 28' 0 W, altitude: 1,293 msl. Peracense is 51 kilometres from Teruel, the provincial capital.
The mayor of Peracense is Mr. Ramiro Domínguez Lorente, of the Partido Popular. This party has 4 municipal councillors in the town's ayuntamiento and the Partido Socialista Obrero Español has 1. In the 2004 Spanish General Election the Partido Popular got 70.0% of the vote in Peracense, the Partido Socialista Obrero Español got 24.1% , and the Partido Aragonés, got 3.7%.
