Per Verner Vågan Rønning (born 1983) is a Norwegian footballer, currently playing for Norwegian club FK Bodø/Glimt. He came to the club in January 2008 from AIK.
Per Verner made his debut for AIK in 17 April against IFK Göteborg as a left winger back. With a cross he made and important assist to goalscorer Miran Burgič who headed in the equalizer. Much of the 2007 season Per Verner were injuried and played only in three Allsvenskan games.
