"Per Sempre" is the second single off Bloom 06's album Crash Test 01. The single was released on March 9, 2007.
The single contains an album mix, two other remixes of "Per Sempre" and a remix of the band's song "The Crash" (the 6th track on their album Crash Test 01) from band members, Jeffrey Jey and Maurizio Lobina. They announced that there would me another remix version of "Per Sempre," but it was only available in iTunes. The bonus track is an Oliver V Night in NY Remix of "Per Sempre"
