Per Kristian Skulberg

Per Kristian Skulberg (born 13 January 1951) is a Norwegian politician for the Centre Party.
He served in the position of deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Østfold during the terms 1989–1993 and 1993–1997. He was appointed private secretary (today known as political advisor) in the Ministry of the Environment from 1984 to 1985 during the second cabinet Willoch, State Secretary in the same ministry in June 1990 during the short-lived cabinet Syse, and again in the Ministry of Culture in July 1998 during the first cabinet Bondevik.
Outside of politics he works as a physician.
