Per Knut Aaland (born September 5, 1954) is a Norwegian former cross country skier who competed from 1976 to 1987. He won a silver medal in the 4 x 10 km relay at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, New York.
Aaland's best career finish was second in three World Cup events.
