Per Karstensen

Per Karstensen (born 22 October 1915 in Mosjøen) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.
He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Nordland in 1965, and was re-elected on three occasions.
Stokkeland was deputy mayor of Nord-Rana municipality during the terms 1945–1947 and 1959–1963, mayor of Nord-Rana 1963–1964 and of its successor municipality Rana from 1964–1965.
