[edit] Summary
The first few bars of the second movement of Michael Haydn's Symphony in B-flat major, Perger 28, the first violins' staff. Scholars pretty much agree it was written in 1788, thus copyright is certainly expired.
I entered these notes into Finale, printed it to PDF. Then, in Adobe Photoshop, I cleaned it up and saved it as PNG.
