Talk:People v. LaValle

[edit] Badly written & unhelpful
This is a badly written article. The section of the NY State constitution cited by the article doesn't appear to bear any relevance to the court decision.
The article needs to more fully explain how and why (or at least quote the language of the court's decision) the trial court violated the Constitutional provision so cited.
In short this article is a mess.

- Preposterous. Every claim in this article is duly sourced, with the bulk of it coming from the court transcript of the decision. If the language is not clear to you, then perhaps it needs rewriting, but there are no claims made anywhere that "lack citations." I will continue to remove this tag until an administrator places it there, though I doubt one will decide to do as such, because this article does NOT lack cited sources. - Sestet (talk) 03:48, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
