Do Tonga People have to vote for the noble to be who the next for the King?

The noble seats are selected by the hereditary peers. The people only elect the "commoner" seats. The monarchy is hereditary, so the Legislative Assembly has no control over who becomes king. —Sesel 22:12, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
