The People of Hope is a lay Catholic community consisting of members who have pledged their time and fortunes to support each other as they live their Catholic faith. It is headquartered in the Newark Diocese in New Jersey.
The People of Hope was founded in 1977 by Robert Gallic and Fr. James Ferry. In 2006 it received official recognition as a private association of the Faithful.
