People's Republic of Croatia ("Narodna Republika Hrvatska" in Croatian) was a name of Croatian state from November 29, 1945 (called Federal State of Croatia before that) until April 7, 1963, when it changed its name to Socialist Republic of Croatia ("Socijalistička Republika Hrvatska" in Croatian).
