Template is designed to navigate the interested reader between the five initial church rulers. Constantinople was added after the founding. There were four before that. Alexandria was extinguished after being conquered by the Arabs. Hard to name a specific leader for Antioch after a point in time for the same reason. Jerusalem vanished after the Crusades.
