I'd like to discuss the tactics used by this company. They claim to be open source, yet they also claim to have hired all the developers who build the products and now they are charging like $12,000 for support for a single one part of their suite. The product is essentially no longer open source if users can't get changes committed back to the codebase without paying $12,000 for support. Kbedell 19:40, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
