By 1941 LR 118 ran to US 40 west of Cokeburg; original 118 was 62058, 62054 and 62088 to PA 31 east of Washington; LR 118 (and presumably PA 71) ended at LR 120 (eastbound US 30) - 1941 definitely matches 1911 east of this realignment in Washington County; not sure about Westmoreland - PA 71 definitely current by 1929

Final path of LR 118: PA 917, SR 2040, I-70, PA 481, SR 2016, PA 88, I-70, PA 201, PA 136, SR 3034 - this matches 1941 except on I-70

PA 71 was however moved onto I-70 between Bentleyville and Pricedale, not using LR 118 between Lover and Speers.
