Penthouse Players Clique was an American hip hop duo that consisted of rappers, Playa Hamm and Tweed Cadillac, they were signed to Eazy-E's Ruthless Records.

Playa Hamm and Tweed Cadillac came together in 1991 and joined Eazy-E's Ruthless Records soon after. They released their only album in 1992 entitled Paid the Cost, which made it to #1 on the Top Heatseekers album chart, and appeared on the Trespass Soundtrack in 1993 before laying low poolside. The duo would later reunite in 2001 on Playa Hamm's debut solo album Layin' Hands, as Tweed Cadillac appeared on the tracks "Break the Bank" and "Grindin'".
