PentagonLight is a California-based manufacturer of high performance tactical lights used by the military and law enforcement agencies. Although as a late entrant to a market developed by Maglite and largely served by Streamlight and Surefire, PentagonLight has gained significant advancements as it has brought about numerous innovations to the field of tactical illumination. Their lights include lithium-powered handheld lights, weapon-mountable systems, and the recently introduced angle head flashlight.
PentagonLight also provides other non-tactical illumination tools, such as their shockproof LED-based UV light for crime scene investigators. Other products include the first commercially available flashlight with a built-in cell phone style belt-clip.

[edit] Weapon-Mountable Systems
Outfitting rifles with illumination capabilities enhances low-light fighting effectiveness. Current trend is in moving toward combining illumination capabilities as they become more diverse and sophisticated. Pentagon Light introduced MD Series in 2005, a modular tactical illumination system that is ergonomically designed for rapidly alternating or in combining more than one capability, such as light, laser, or IR illuminator [1].
[edit] Angle Head Flashlight
In 2007, PentagonLight introduced a small LED angle head flashlight called MOLLE Light. This light is reminiscent to the widely issued WWII TL 122 or Vietnam vintage MX991\U military flashlights. As an updated version of the old angle head design, this light uses LED as the light source and fits through PALS webbing for secured hands-free attachment on MOLLE vests and compatible equipment [2].
