Penta-Acquatella is a commune in the Haute-Corse department of France on the island of Corsica. It shares the canton of Alto-di-Casaconi with Monte, Volpajola, Campile, Olmo, Prunelli-di-Casacconi, Campitello, Ortiporio, Canavaggia, Lento, Bigorno, Scolca and Crocicchia.[1]

Penta Acquatella is to the south of Golo in the Castagniccia, 29 km (18 mi) to the south southeast of Campitello.
