Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P., headquartered in Reading, PA, is a joint venture of Penske Corporation and General Electric. A global transportation services provider, Penske operates more than 220,000 vehicles and serves customers from more than 1,000 locations in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Product lines include full-service truck leasing, contract maintenance, commercial and consumer truck rentals, transportation and warehousing management, and supply chain management solutions. Penske Truck Leasing’s annual revenue is approximately U.S. $4.1 billion. The company employs approximately 20,000 associates worldwide. Penske Truck Leasing was founded by Roger Penske in 1969 and has operated as a joint venture between Penske Corporation and General Electric (originally through GE Capital and now through GE Equipment Services) since 1988.

  • Penske Logistics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Penske Truck Leasing. With operations in North America, South America, Europe and Asia, Penske Logistics provides supply chain management and logistics services to companies throughout the world. Penske Logistics provides design, planning and execution in transportation, warehousing, international freight forwarding, and carrier management.
