Penryn Athletic F.C. is a football club based in Penryn, Cornwall, in the United Kingdom. They play in the South West Peninsula League Division One West, and stage their home games at the 1,500 capacity Kernick Road ground. They also run teams in the Cornwall Combination, and Falmouth & Helston League Division One and Two. They are also linked with Falmouth United F.C. who provide them with youth players, running teams for Under 7s to Under 14s.

They joined the Cornwall Combination in 1977. In the 2005-06 season, they reached the 1st round of the FA Vase, and in 2006-7 they entered the F.A. Cup for the first time ever, losing 3-2 in the Preliminary Round to Slimbridge F.C. For the 2007-08 season, they are members of the South West Peninsula League Division One West.
