Penrith Nepean United are an Australian football (soccer) club from Penrith, Australia. The "PNU" play in the New South Wales Premier League. In 2007 they replaced the Parramatta Eagles, who had been backed by the Maltese Community. The club's home uniform is coloured teal, blue and black. Home games are played at CUA Stadium in Penrith.

The club's first game in the NSW Premier League was on the 24th of February 2007, at home to the Marconi Stallions. In the 2-1 loss, Dave Harding scoring the club's first goal in the NSW Premier League. This was the first of a series of 7 consecutive defeats to start the season, which resulted in a change of head coach from Claudio Canosa to Abbas Saad. On Sunday the 15th of April 2007 the club recorded its first victory in the NSW Premier League. This was an away game against 9th place Sydney Olympic, and Penrith Nepean United won 6-1.

While the men's NSW Premier League team is the most well known, Penrith Nepean United also has many other youth teams, women's teams, boys teams and girls teams. These teams compete in a variety of different competitions.

Perhaps the team's most memorable result has been a 2-2 draw against Asian Champions League contenders Sydney FC in a friendly match in front of 4000 fans on May the 2nd 2007.
