Pennsylvania's 25th Senatorial district is one of the districts for the Pennsylvania State Senate. It is currently represented by Joe Scarnati III, a Republican. Its total population is 243,633.

The 25th Pennsylvania Senatorial district includes the entirety of the following counties:

• Cameron
• Elk
• Jefferson
• McKean
• Potter
• Tioga.

It also includes the following townships in Clearfield County:

• Bradford Township
• Clearfield
• Dubois
• Huston Township Township
• Lawrence Township
• Sandy Township

and the following townships in Warren County:

• Clarendon
• Mead Township
• Warren
