Pennsylvania Route 863 is a state highway in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The route runs from U.S. Route 222 in Upper Macungie Township north to Pennsylvania Route 143 in Lynn Township.

Pennsylvania Route 863 heads northwest from U.S. Route 222 on Independent Road. The route crosses into Weisenberg Township, where it makes a right turn onto Golden Key Road. Shortly after, Pennsylvania Route 863 features an interchange with Interstate 78/U.S. Route 22. The route continues northwest and enters Lynn Township. Near the northern terminus, Pennsylvania Route 863 makes a right onto Allemaengel Road. The road swings to the north and Allemangel Road splits from Pennsylvania Route 863 by way of a right turn, and the final short stretch of Pennsylvania Route 863 before the intersection with Pennsylvania Route 143 is known as Behler Road.
