Pennsylvania Route 513 is a state highway in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The route runs from U.S. Route 13 in Bensalem Township north to U.S. Route 1 Business and Pennsylvania Route 413 in Penndel.

Pennsylvania Route 513 heads north frm U.S. Route 13 in the Cornwells Heights section of Bensalem Township on Hulmeville Road. The road intersects with Pennsylvania Route 132 and then crosses over the Pennsylvania Turnpike on an overpass. Pennsylvania Route 513 then crosses the Neshaminy Creek into the borough of Hulmeville, where the road name changes to Bellevue Avenue. It continues north through Hulmeville and then enters the borough of Penndel. Pennsylvania Route 513 ends at US 1 Business, which is also called Lincoln Highway. Bellevue Avenue continues north as Pennsylvania Route 413 northbound.
